š½ The Plasma Shield came into vogue after plasma-based projectile weapons were outlawed within the Federation's borders, with many being reconstructed into the iconic shield used in particular by Nordic Warriors, who tend to prefer that anything they wield - even a shield designed for defence - has some sort of offensive capability. The plasma-based barrier on the front of the shield is capable of blocking almost any attack, and can also makes the shield-bash manoeuvre favoured by Nordic Warriors extremely damaging.āļø
