Despite being larger than their male counterparts, female Reptiloids typically constitute the more docile demographic of the species, and are chiefly responsible for nurturing offspring and maintaining community cohesion. Whilst Reptiloid tribal leaders are often male, they defer to the females over the day-to-day running of the community, with a Circle of Solons - a group of female Elders - handling matters ranging from dispute resolution to determining the ongoing worthiness of a clan leader.
