The Toothed Dagger is a gruesome relic from a time when Reptiloids were seen as nothing more than beasts, and were often hunted for sport by wealthier citizens who sought the thrill of chasing down and slaying the powerful humanoids. After one such hunt, the killer decided to make a pair of toothed trophy daggers from the Reptiloid's jawbone. This quickly became a fad, with members of high society flocking to get their own trophy daggers - taking a great toll on the Reptiloid species in the process. There's a legend on Veles about a great meteorite that smashed into the ocean, creating a tsunami large enough to swamp a number of nearby islands, and causing the seawater in the immediate vicinity of the impact to boil endlessly. An intrepid group of Nordic divers is said to have embarked upon a deep sea expedition to find the remains of the meteorite, and returned with strange, brightly burning chunks of metal that constantly radiated enough heat to set fire to any flammable material that they came into contact with. The chunks were taken to the Nordic master smiths, who crafted from them a set of swords which were presented to the divers as trophies of such a daring expedition. These swords were originally handed down across family generations, but over time have ended up spread across the Federation, the blades desired by both collectors and sword-masters alike. 👽 Originally discovered as part of a gargantuan weapons cache found beneath ancient ruins in the northern forests of Neri, the Randomizer Bow is a marvel to Federation bowyers. The bow's string is made of pure Waxon yet flexes and stretches like a normal bowstring, a conundrum unlikely to be solved anytime soon. Given that the weapons cache was discovered by the Aazinians (LGPs in Fed slang) they had first pick of the spoils, and chose to equip a number of their LG Soldiers with Randomizer Bows as a ranged alternative. Galactic Fireblades are one of Magor's most sought-after weapons, forged over a period of months by master crafters tapping into the thermal energy of the ancient Azingoth volcano, a place of spiritual significance said to imbue every blade forged there with some of its fiery power. The Waxon Sword's creation flows along an opposing path to the Fireblade, cut from pure Waxon by the Grey Waxsmiths of Eyeke using a TLM-infused waterjet, the only known way to work the ultra-strong crystal.
